With a construction budget of £200k, the project carefully balances sensitive heritage conservation with modern living requirements. A considered extension and new walkway improve circulation throughout the home while respecting and preserving the historic fabric of the building. Inside, the scheme introduces a modern kitchen, lounge, and contemporary bathrooms, providing a new lease of life to this unique property. Landscaping to both the front and rear gardens completes the transformation, enhancing outdoor living and integrating the historic home with its prime Chorlton setting.
