Conversion and renovation of an existing derelict 3 bedroom detached Victorian villa to a 6 bedroom house with strong eco-credentials. Significant renovation work brought the 1886 Victorian structure, up to and beyond modern building standards with a full eco-retrofit. Large expanses of glazing and grass roof was added, modernist in its approach which architecturally contrasts against the original property.
